- If the price of the phone likely to fall soon? Normally the price of phones will drop once they have been on the market for a while. You might be better off waiting sometimes.

- Is this phone locked to any network? If the mobile phone you want to buy is locked into a certain phone service you might want to give it a miss – especially if this is a network that you don’t really want to join.
